Principle
This method has been in use since 1907,
and consists in passing through the cortical plate to in the immediate vicinity of the teeth to be treated.
Easy protocol
It involves three steps:
- Mucosa anesthesia
- Painless cortical plate perforation (not innervated bone)
- Injection in the spongy bone

During the injection the product spreads immediately in the spongy bone
and to a lesser extent through the cortical bone and the attached mucosa. |
