Training program

Theory

Starts with the questions about the daily practice, what is pain, what are the problems of dental anesthesia for patients and for dentists and what are the expectation of the dentists from their presence in the TRC (what they are looking for from the training). It continues the history and principal of Intraosseous anesthesia compare with conventional techniques. There will be some case videos and after the videos, the training continues on how to be painless using the special needle and the correct support points. At the end, all the expectations announced by the participants at the beginning should be covered.

Questions and Pause

Practical

Before going to workshop tables, just after the pause, the participants should get back to their classroom chairs and the KOL will introduce the QuickSleeper, how to prepare it and how to do the positions around a plastic model. Then, they will back to their tables. Each table is managed by a sales force or KOL and maximum 6 participants. They present again the QuickSleeper, how to prepare and screw the needle on it, the difference between the needles and the positions (without perforation) on the plastic mandibles. Then they will show how to perforate the dry bone. After that, each participant should do the preparation, simulation and injection on the dry bone. When finished, the additional sales forces supervising the situation should talk to each participant and try to close the deal with them, so the participant leave the training with their QuickSleeper.
